Nepal Visa Procedure

The Nepal Immigration Office at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) facilitates tourists entering Nepal by providing a Visa on Arrival.

The Visa on Arrival procedure is quick and simple, though queues may occur during the peak tourist season. To make the process even faster, we recommend completing the online visa application from home before your arrival.

You can fill out the online form here: https://nepaliport.immigration.gov.np/

Note: The Nepal online visa application should be submitted within 15 days prior to your arrival in Nepal, so make sure your travel date falls within this window. For example, if you plan to arrive on October 15, you should submit your online visa application between October 1 and October 14.

Steps for online visa application:

1. Select Visa On-Arrival

2. Select Entry Point – Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA)

3. Complete the online application and submit

4. Print the visa application confirmation page and bring it with you
